Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. The payment for your selected pack will be charged to your chosen payment method at the time of purchase and will automatically renew each month unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

3.3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before the next billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please ensure that you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

3.4. Changes to Billing Frequency

We reserve the right to modify the billing frequency for our subscription packs. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to accept the new terms or cancel your subscription.

4. Automatic Renewal

4.1. Renewal Process

All subscription packs are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. When you subscribe to a pack, your payment method will be charged the applicable fee on the renewal date unless you cancel your subscription prior to that date.

4.2. Notification of Renewal

You will receive an email notification prior to each renewal, reminding you of the upcoming charge. This notification will provide details of the renewal date and the amount that will be charged to your selected payment method.

4.3. Cancellation of Automatic Renewal

You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please ensure that you complete the cancellation process at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

4.4. Impact of Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the features of your chosen pack until the end of the current billing period. After this period, your account will revert to the Free Pack, and you will no longer be charged.

4.5. Changes to Automatic Renewal Terms

We reserve the right to modify the terms of automatic renewal. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, allowing you to review the new terms and make an informed decision about your subscription.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Non-Refundable Subscriptions

All subscription fees for our packs, including the Pioneer Pack are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded, except as required by law.

5.2. Cancellation of Subscription

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the features of your selected pack until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days in that cycle.

5.3. Trial Period

If applicable, any free trial periods will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel prior to the trial's conclusion. Fees incurred during the trial period are also non-refundable.

5.4. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe that a charge was made in error, please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve any discrepancies. However, initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the suspension of your account.

5.5. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and the updated policy will apply to all subscriptions moving forward.
