User Content License Agreement

Effective Date: 31st December 2024

This User Content License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of content created and uploaded by users ("Users") to Join Network ("Platform"). By creating and uploading 3D content, including but not limited to 3D objects and textures ("User Content"), Users agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership of User Content

Users retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in the User Content they create and upload to the Platform. The Platform does not claim ownership of the User Content.

2. License Granted to the Platform

By uploading or creating User Content on the Platform, Users grant Join Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, display, modify, distribute, perform, and reproduce the User Content in connection with the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Platform.

This license includes, but is not limited to:

• Displaying User Content on the Platform.

• Using User Content for promotional materials or marketing.

• Modifying User Content for technical purposes, such as resizing or formatting for different devices.

• Distributing User Content to other users within the Platform.

3. Scope and Duration of the License

• The license granted to the Platform continues until the User removes the content from the Platform or terminates their account.

• Upon removal of the User Content or account termination, the license will terminate, except in cases where the Platform has shared or used the content as part of its services (e.g., promotional materials, collaborative works with other users).

4. User Responsibilities and Warranties

Users represent and warrant that:

• They own or have the necessary rights to upload and grant the license for the User Content.

• The User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, violate any laws, or include harmful or illegal materials.

5. Content Moderation

The Platform reserves the right to remove, modify, or block User Content that violates this Agreement, community guidelines, or applicable laws. The Platform may also limit or disable user access if content is repeatedly found to be infringing or harmful.

6. Revocation of License

Users may revoke the license granted to the Platform by deleting their User Content from the Platform. However, the Platform may retain and continue to use copies of User Content that has already been used in connection with the Platform’s services or shared with other users.

7. Termination of Account

Upon termination of a user account, the Platform will cease to use the User Content unless it has already been used in connection with Platform operations or shared with other users as outlined above.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Join Network from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses resulting from the use of User Content that violates third-party rights or legal standards.

9. Changes to this Agreement

The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Platform following such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
