You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account on Join Network. Navigate to the Account Settings and select the Subscription or Billing section to view your current plan and details.
If you wish to change your subscription plan, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Simply select the desired pack from the subscription options, and follow the prompts to confirm your changes. Any adjustments will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription, go to the Subscription section within your account settings. Follow the cancellation instructions to ensure you are no longer charged for future billing cycles. Remember, you will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period.
You can also update your payment information in the Billing section. Make sure your payment details are current to avoid any interruptions to your subscription.
We will send you notifications regarding any changes to your subscription, including confirmations of upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations. You will also receive reminders before your next billing date to keep you informed about your subscription status.

• PayPal: You can link your PayPal account for secure transactions.
To update your payment information, log in to your account and navigate to the Billing or Payment Methods section. Here, you can add or edit your credit card details or update your PayPal account information. Ensure that your payment information is current to avoid any interruptions in service.
Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You will receive a notification via email to confirm each charge.
